Jesus's authority over evil was revealed through the many signs and wonders he performed and through his victory over death. Mahesh and Bonnie Chavda believe that Christians today can experience the same victory since Jesus commissioned his disciples to spread the gospel and advance the kingdom with power. In Storm Warrior, the Chavdas equip believers to do battle with the enemies of God. They lead readers through biblical teaching about binding and loosing and into the realm of victory over the kingdom of darkness through signs and wonders. They offer prophetic insight into the Scriptures and share personal stories, showing readers how they too can walk in the power of God through all the circumstances of their lives.

Almost 40 years ago John and Elizabeth Sherill introduced the world to the phenomenon of 'speaking in tongues' in their book, They Speak with Other Tongues. The book was an immediate success as thousands were touched by the power of this spiritual gift. The Hidden Power of Speaking in Tongues again explores this spiritual experience powerfully prevalent in the early church. This much maligned and controversial gift was a practical part of their worship and intercession and seeks to be rediscovered in our day. In a day of spiritual poverty, Chavda challenges the Body of Christ to experience afresh the secret dynamic of 'speaking in tongues', as he removes the veil covering this glorious gift.

"When church historians reflect on the worship revolution that happened around the turn of the 21st century, Darlene Zschech will be credited for playing a major role," Bill Hybels says. While challenging the Christian in the congregation to be an extravagant worshiper, Zschech also presents valuable insights and help for the worship leader. These are the words of a woman of God who lives what she writes.

This is the remarkable story of one of the masterpieces of Islamic art, the Minbar of Saladin. Made in the middle of the 12th century, this wooden pulpit, perhaps the finest ever seen, stood in the al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem for some eight hundred years until it was burned down in 1969 by a tourist claiming to be acting on orders from God. Its loss to the Muslim world was immense, and so the decision was taken by the mosque's guardians, the Jordanian royal family, to rebuild it.
